“Becoming an Entrepreneur, you must have a dream” – DG UCLDA

The Director General of the Ugwumba Center For Leadership Development in Africa (UCLDA), Hon. Remy Chukwunyere has advised aspiring entrepreneurs that before they get to where they want to be, they must have a dream.
He made this known in a interview with Bossgist Crew, “To be able to succeed in life, not only in business, you must have a dream. A dream is like a vision. God himself is interested in your dreams and visions, that’s why in the Bible, he advised that you should write your vision and make it simple, so that anyone that reads it, including you will understand it.”. He stated that the dream that sounds stupid and impossible in the ears of people can become a reality.
Sharing his experience, He said “Your dreams are the targets you set out to achieve in this life. Growing up, I always dreamed of taking care of people, especially the less privileged as I saw what UNICEF, WHO, Oxfam, Actionaid, etc were doing whenever they advertised their charitable projects on TV. I didn’t know they are heavily funded international organizations but the inspiration led me into the founding of our NGO in 1999, when I was still a youth corper in Kaduna. With nothing at my disposal, I started mobilizing my fellow youths in that strange land to join in realizing my dreams of improving the lives of the poor in our society’.
He clearly that that you need a dream that will compel you to think of what to do in order to arrive there. I had no money but money was coming into my hands because people started buying into the vision.
