The immediate past governor of Imo State and current Senator representing Imo West Senatorial District, His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha has advised that Nigerians that Nigerians must concern themselves with electing a President with the right ideas to solve the many problems confronting Nigeria and Nigerians, instead of dwelling so much on where the part of the country, the president hails from.

Okorocha, who stated this in Kano Government House, after paying a visit to his friend, the Kano State governor, His Excellency Ganduje also expressed confidence that Nigeria will come out of whatever challenges that may be weighing her down at the moment.

Speaking further, the Ogboko born billionaire philanthropist said that there are many eminently qualified Igbos who have the capacity to be president of Nigeria, but also pointed out that for anyone from any part of Nigeria to be elected the President of Nigeria, such a person must earn the support and confidence of other Nigerians from the different ethnic groups.

The founder of Rochas Foundation Schools and one of Nigeria’s foremost entrepreneurs, political leaders and statesmen urged politicians from across political divides to refocus energy towards working for Nigeria’s prosperity and all round development.
