“Poor promotion and fear of hate have always been my Challenge” – YSL Mugga

One of O’town’s finest and fast rising trapper and the Gamer boy crooner, Bethel Chimezie Nwabuzor popularly known as YSL Mugga has stated that the major challenges that he as an artist faces are that of Poor Promotion and fear of hate.

He told us (Bossgist), ” Low or poor promotion and fear of hate have always been my Challenges in the Industry, promotion gives us more fanbase, more audience and exposure to steer their music on and if you don’t have enough of it (Promotion), it could stall an artiste’s career for a while but am grateful for a brand like Bossgist who have taken up themselves to help the entertainment industry in owerri to get to the limelight”.

“And on the other hand; hate is something nobody wants because it has a full capability to make silly things happen though they tend to accommodate it” he added.

Reports have been going viral saying he is the best of the best in O’town, this was what he had to say, ” Hahahahahaha! I’m not an egomaniac and don’t wanna be, I didn’t just start calling myself BTIO (Best Trapper In Owerri), it was tagged on me by Manuel King who is known as BRIO (best Rapper in Owerri)”. He went further to say ” He (Manuel King) told me I’m a dope Trapstar and he aint yet seen a Trapper like me so he had to tag me the best Trapper in Owerri”

Recently, the trapstar released the remix of his first ever single featuring lot of rappers in the industry the likes of Yung roc, Manuel king and Kristal, we inquired of the motivation behind the remix, he told us this;

“After the successful release of Gamer Boy, the audience was fulfilled, friends and fans wanted more as the jam was on a popular demand and high recommendation”

“Initially, it wasn’t my plan to do a remix of the song but because of the popular demands and collaboration requests, I had to. People were like “If Gamer Boy is this dope, who knows how the remix is gonna be?”.

He revealed to us that he got lots and lots of projects coming up soon, GamerBoy EP Vol 1&2 and got stars with potentials featured in it.
