Marcelo confirms that he will leave Real Madrid in January

Real Madrid’s Marcelo has reportedly told the club that he wants to join Juventus during the January transfer window.
Marcelo was linked with a move to Juventus earlier this summer, and speculation that he is keen to rejoin close friend and former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin has now resurfaced once again.
Tuttosport claim that Marcelo is unhappy at Madrid and wants to leave when the transfer window reopens, with Juve his preferred destination.
Club president Florentino Perez is understood to be angry with Marcelo’s demands to be sold, but would be willing to accept an offer of between €50m (£44.1m) and €60m (£52.9m).
Juventus could make this money by selling Alex Sandro in the Premier League, where the Brazilian has plenty of admirers.
Marcelo joined Madrid in 2007 and has gone on to make 460 appearances for the club across all competitions.
