Imo based Entertainers calls out the Organizers of Owerri Chawfest for non-payment

Entertainers based in the Eastern Heartland of Nigeria are calling out the organizers of the Owerri Chawfest, one of the biggest food festivals in Imo State for not paying them for their performance at the event sometime last year, December to be precise.

Reacting to this, some of the entertainers that performed at the event spoken up and said their minds;

In a facebook post made by one of the entertainers, Uc Flamez Awanti who is a rapper from the state said, ” Abeg CHAW FEST organisers wey the performance Money for all the artistes who graced your stage in December??!“. Also lending his voice is another Music act, Humblelion, he wrote ” How can you invite an artiste for a show and you can’t even pay the bills you promised and when the refuses your management had to beg for Us all to go on stage later to fvck everybody up…. Well shaa nah we cause am… No worry shey nah otown be this….we dey wait”

With all these things happening in the Imo Entertainment Industry, what future does it have for Upcoming entertainers?, This is a big question that requires an answer.
