“Government and the Private Sector Stakeholders should invest more in Young Nigerian Entrepreneurs” – Remy Jnr

“It’s high time the government or the private sector stakeholders support, empower or invest more in young Nigerian Entrepreneurs who have shown creativity and passion in their various fields”, this statement was made by the CEO of Bossgist Media , Chukwunyere Remy Chidiebere Jnr, who is a blogger, ICT Entrepreneur and Social Media/Digital Marketer.
He stated this in an interview with our correspondent, he said “It’s quite unfortunate that so many startups today owned by talented, creative, skilled and passionate young entrepreneurs in Nigeria crash all the time due to lack of support or empowerment or let’s say Empowerment”. He further stated that The ultimate goal of any youth Development Program is to build the capacity of youth, in order to make them productive and contributors to the Development of the country.
The young CEO revealed that Entrepreneurship Development is the solution to the unemployment crisis ravaging our youths. This is because, entrepreneurship Development helps you create a job for yourself, which is known as Self-Employment, as against search for Paid Employment.
He called on Top Private Sector Companies/Stakeholders, even the government to help support young startups in the country. He gave an Instance of the FUTO student who designed a Flying Jet for his Project defense, in his own words, “Take a good look at the Student of FUTO that designed a flying Jet for his project defense, if he is properly invested in, i bet you he can be the next Wright brothers”. He went on to urge youths to create jobs for themselves and for others as there are no more jobs out there and learn to start small but dream big as well.
He reminded the aspiring entrepreneurs that there is a multi-million dollar business idea hiding inside of you and this can only happen when you identify it and maximize the potentials within you”.
