ACTIVITIES FOR THE LOCKDOWN BY ETOH PRECIOUS
For the first time in this generation, the ability of working with each other to stay safe by staying away from each other is overemphasized. The covid-19 virus has affected all continents in the world with increasing numbers more than the number of recoveries and for countries like Nigeria amongst many others, the hit is considered unexpected; so, we must be cautious at every step of the way.
This, however, will affect individuals emotionally, psychologically and healthwise as in moodiness, sleep troubles, over thinking, fatigue and poor immune system.
At this state, there are only two solutions to carry out which are ending the pandemic in order to resume life activities or creating indoor activities for oneself and at this point, the second options seems more doable than the first.
Activities that be help avoid the mental damage of individuals are Chess, table tennis, boxing(I’d probably not do that if I were you😂), movies, treasure hunt(one of my absolute favourites), reading, writing, puzzles, drawing, etc.
As we hope and pray for the end of the lockdown, we can as well exercise our body and brain with creative ideas and development such as those mentioned above with so many more.
In the end, the world will heal and we will come out of all these peace filled and with boosted intelligence only if we do the right things.
