Why Rebrand Nigeria Campaign?

Some innocent Nigerians have recently been affected due to bad public image of our dear country abroad and we are now asking the question, Why Rebrand Nigeria?

The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osibanjo answered the question at an event saying, “.. Because of a few Nigerians that are not trustworthy, others are painted black overseas”

Continuing with the Rebrand Nigeria project, the Ugwumba Center For Leadership Development in Africa (UCLDA) President, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, The Executive Director, Remy Chukwunyere and the Board of directors have launched the Rebrand Nigeria Campaign.

According to the President, Uche Nwosu, “At Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa, we are worried about the image of #Nigeria, outside the shores of our land”.

He also said “Despite the many achievements of our President, Muhammad Buhari and the impacts our brothers and sisters are making around the world, many people still do not believe in us”.

Also speaking, the Executive Director, Remy Chukwunyere said “We want more people around the world, in the #USA, #Europe, #Asia, #UK to know that Nigerians are good people. We are not all criminals”

The DG pointed out that Millions of Nigerians are #technocrats, #professionals, administrators, #philanthropists, human rights activists, #entrepreneurs and #innovators.

Through this campaign, we shall showcase and celebrate a few of our #Nigeriancitizens, who are making great impacts around the world, on a weekly basis.

They are our REBRAND NIGERIA AMBASSADORS!
