Yul gives up presidential ambition

It is no news that Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has all but given up on his ambition to contest for the presidency with many wondering why he dumped his dream all so suddenly.

The actor, however, has moved to clear the air that he may have been threatened into giving up his ambition in a post on Twitter.

In the post, Yul said he was not under any form of threat to drop his decision on contesting for the presidency.

“After due considerations and consultations, I will no longer run for President of Nigeria in 2019. To my supporters, worry not. I remain committed to building a new Nigeria that works for all, irrespective of class, tribe or religion. Together we shall achieve it.”
