The President of the Ugwumba Center For Leadership Development in Africa otherwise known as Ugwumba Leadership Center, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu recently stated that youths need mentors in order for them to succeed.
He said “As a youth, you need the guidance of a mentor to be able to succeed in your future endeavors”. He advised that “In choosing a mentor, you have to be cautious”
He further stressed that “A mentor is not someone who has a lot of money and drives big cars. He or she should be someone, who can sincerely advise you to follow the path of honour to success”
Ugwumba expressed his happiness as he has been receiving good news from those of the Ugwumba fellows doing well in their fields.
