The Ambassadors Worldwide, a strategic think-tank group of technocrats and professionals who are committed in the realization of the Governorship ambition of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu in the forthcoming 2019 General elections in Imo State, is set to commence its medical outreach program tagged Ugwumba Pro-Health Initiative (UPHI), which will be implemented in communities across the 27 LGAs of Imo state.

The Medical Outreach shall feature health awareness campaigns, free medical tests, eye examinations, administration of anti-malaria drugs and other related health services.

The first phase of the project shall feature Mass Deworming which shall involve health awareness campaign on personal hygiene and administration of Anthelmintics (Worm Expeller Drugs) to people of age 2years and above in selected worm-prone communities of the state.

Considering its terrain and the tendency of many being exposed to consuming contaminated water and food which are primary causes of worm in the body, we have decided to hold the pilot phase of our Mass Deworming Exercise in AMUMARA, EZINIHITTE MBAISE LGA.
