One of o’town finest artist, Humblelion has finally revealed the reason why a lion name is attached to his name which makes him feel like a king. He said “Simba is a reminder that I can do it, I can beat anything to get to the top. Regardless the broken paths that I can still fix it, the name Simba don’t only make me feel like a king but gives me the ability to win”.
He told us that he got the name Simba from the Disney Cartoon “Lion KIng“, where the young cub years after running away from home he came back and fought for his rightful crown and became king. He took back what was rightfully his and protected the land from the hands of his evil uncle.
Talking about his upcoming project, SimbaTheEP, he told us; “The EP #Simba is a five tracks bodywork which also has a bonus track attached to it, Currently we have 3 featured Artistes on the bodywork and still planning on accommodating more like that of Whizzsmart, Kingzee, Kristal and bringing on Ugee soon and Blazer Q”.
Like every other upcoming artist, he said that his biggest challenges so far in the industry are the challenges of not having the required funds, love, support and sponsorship and he is grateful for the support from family and God has been with him.
