At a Leadership Summit held in Owerri, the Imo State capital, it was revealed that the challenge that people in general have is the Mentality or Mindset.

Engr. Uba Nduwisi, the Convener of the New Era Leadership Summit, made this known while addressing Young business leaders who were in attendance.

He said ” The Challenge we have in life is Our Mentality, always act in the present with Future in mind”. He further went to say that “In everyday life, new Responsibilities comes up, if you don’t cautiously monitor your life, you will ruin it”.

He addressed the issue of capacity and Competence.
