Six-year-old girl raped to death in Kaduna Mosque.

A six-year-old has been raped to death by yet-to-be identified persons in a Mosque in Kaduna. The incident took place on Friday at about 3:00 pm close to prayer time.

Residents of Kurmin Mashi, an old settlement in Kaduna who were said to have been horrified by the discovery of the girl’s corpse by early Muslim worshippers, reportedly alerted the police.

Confirming the incident, Kaduna State Police command, which identified the girl as Khadijah Ya’u said it had commenced investigation on the case.

He said” No stone would be left unturned in ensuring that the perpetrators of the heinous crime were apprehended and brought to book”.
