When asked to introduce himself: He said “Yes, My Names are Chidubem Favour Chisom, am an Entertainer cum Comedian and Actor, Some fans also add Comic Model to my names. Mazi Ijele is what Am popularly known as, as an Entertainer, People call me “Mazi Ijele the Entertainer“, Am from Imo State born in Imo but Brought up in Lagos State”. He got his name “Mazi Ijele” from his grandfather who is a well known chief in Avu Autonomous Community in Owerri West LGA, saying that the way he behaves real life is exactly the same way as his grandfather in reality.
Your style of comedy is different and unique, you intend to remain igbotic, what inspired you? was our question to him, he gave us this reply “Now based on that, Am a True son of Igbo land, i Get more Inspirations everyday to do de Igbo Stuffs because many of us are just Afraid and Ashamed of our Mother Tongue, so I wanna draw de line to Upcoming Comedians that you can also be Unique with your own tin despite what people say or their views about it, Lets just say, Am the King of Local Men”.
