Claudio Ranieri has returned to English football, as Premier League club Fulham have replaced manager Slavisa Jokanovic with the coach who guided Leicester to the League title in 2016.
The 67-year-old Ranieri has been given a “multi-year” contract by the Londoners, as Jokanovic makes way with the club sitting bottom of the League table with five points from 12 matches.
The Italian spent last season at French Ligue 1 side, Nantes after he was sacked by the Foxes the season after he won the Premier League.
“It is an honour to accept Mr Khan’s invitation and opportunity to lead Fulham, a fantastic club with tradition and history,” said Ranieri.
