FUTO Student Proposes new logo for SLOT Company

Weeks after Social Media was set on fire with Creativity of two Nigerians that redesigned/rebranded Nigeria’s indigenous Car producing Company, Innoson Motors, just yesterday, a 200level student of Urban and regional Planning in the Federal University of Technology, Owerri got attention of Social Media Users as he proposes new logo design for Nigeria’s number Phone Store, SLOT Systems Limited Owned by Nnamdi Ezeigbo.

In an interview with Bossgist.com, the designer who happens to bear the same surname of the CEO (Nnamdi Ezeigbo) of SLOT Systems Limited , Timothy Ezeigbo told us that the motivation and inspiration behind his concept for the company’s logo was from the young man who also stirred up social media with the rebranding of Innoson Motors Logo.

In his words, “The guy that designed the proposed IVM logo Farouq, Let’s say he inspired me and the fact remains that I bear same surname with Nnamdi Ezeigbo CEO of slot. I wanted to reach him not because I bear same surname with him but with the fact that I’ve got something to offer”.

When asked if he thinks his new concept is far better than the old SLOT design, he said “Okay I can say that Slot’s proposed logo was designed in a unique style to stand anywhere. Slot was using a trademark of their name slot, So if you check it I didn’t change name font I just added a logo mark to it”.
