Ferguson undergoes surgery after suffering brain haemorrhage
Legendary former football manager, Sir Alex Ferguson has undergone surgery for a brain after being rushed to hospital amid fears for his health.
An Ambulance was called to Ferguson’s home in Cheshire at about 9am saturday and took him to Macclesfield district hospital.
The Scotsmsn was subsequently transferred, with a police escort, to be treated at Salford Royal.
A statement from Mamchester United read: ” Sir Alex Ferguson has undergone emergency surgery today(saturday) for a brain haemorrhage.”
